SAFETY & HEALTH POLICY

Koike (M) Sdn. Bhd. is committed to providing a safe and healthy workplace for all employees, contractors, and visitors. Resources commensurate with the priority placed on safety and health will be provided to address hazard control, accident prevention, and rehabilitation matters.

We comply with all relevant legislation to ensure that the safety, health, and welfare of all employees are never compromised. We believe that safety and health are both individual and shared responsibilities and are given equal priority alongside production and operational objectives.​

  • Report any unsafe conditions, incidents, or hazards promptly

SAFETY AND HEALTH COMMITTEE​

The Safety and Health Committee operates to:

  • Facilitate joint consultation between management and employees

  • Oversee and manage safety and health standards within Koike

​

​​

COMMON RULES AND REGULATIONS ​

  • Smoking is prohibited within Koike premises except in designated smoking areas

  • Safety shoes worn outside the building are not permitted for office use

  • Entry without a valid identification card is prohibited

  • Removal or relocation of company property without authorization is prohibited

  • All lorries must switch off engines after parking

  • All accidents or incidents must be reported immediately to the supervisor

QUALITY POLICY

Koike (M) Sdn. Bhd. is engaged in the manufacture of wooden packaging, assembly of motorcycle components, trading of packaging materials, agent products, metal handling products, and the provision of packaging, warehousing, and plating services.

We are committed to consistently meeting customer requirements and continuously improving our quality management system, processes, and products in accordance with applicable international standards.

Quality objectives are established, monitored, and reviewed periodically to ensure their continued effectiveness and alignment with customer and regulatory requirements.

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

Koike (M) Sdn. Bhd. is committed to responsible environmental management in all its manufacturing and service activities.
